The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has released a open tourism platform, "PHOTO METI PROJECT", that conveys the charm of Japan by photography. All the beautiful pictures of the tourist sposts in each prefecture are licensed under "CC BY 4.0 International", making all the photos avaliable to use freely even for commerical use. Photography and content are planned to increase further in the future.
